The Goldener Engel Restaurant has a tradition of wonderful culinary delights, offering a wide range of hearty, regional dishes. However, our chefs are also highly creative and add a special touch of international ingredients from time to time.
One major section of our menu is the wine list which features products from regional vintners. Riesling wines from the Bergstrasse region are particularly well-known for their touch of fruity elegance. We have a special range of wines which are a delight to the palate – a great opportunity for guests to sample the superb quality of our Bergstrasse wines.

From soup pot over appetizers, from steak over schnitzel to our desserts. In our kitchen are mainly seasonal and regional products that have convinced us by their quality.
We purchase meat, trout, cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables almost exclusively from local farms or suppliers. The baked goods come from the bakery around the corner.
As with our food, we also rely on our wines and spirits on producers from the region, which we all know personally and whose quality we have already convinced ourselves time and time again.
Sustainability and the strengthening of our region are particularly important to us. Let yourselves be convince from us and the quality of our region.

Monday to Saturday from 16.30 and Sunday from 12.00 – 14.00
Our restaurant and the hotel is closed from 21.12.2023 to 07.01.2024
Due to the limited number of tables we ask you to make a reservation.
All meals can also be picked up.
